What are the best parental control apps?
Really this is a very important topic to most adults with children. The apple iPhone is so inexpensive now that many 16 years of age and under have these phones. As A parent i am concerned with what they can access via this phone. I am not talking about just the baby shaking apps or the XXX applications but web filtering as well. Content for such things as the texting or sexting as it is sometimes called.
Another question people ask is why are these more expensive than the other apps. One can go to the iPhone store and find apps (Over 60,000 now!!) and download all day for .99 cents. However, content management are not as simple and most likely are not produced in the same manner as many games. Don’t get me wrong the games are very creative and enjoyable typically.

I have heard of a new phone parental control that is very pricey. It might be solid. We would pay for this sort of thing…

This is true that these are very necessary as more “kiddos” are on the net. Used to be you could keep the computer on in the main room and watch them. But when they can go outside or in the other room or wherever… It comes down to TWO important factors trust and app control. And App control comes first.
The best accountability software for the PC and Mac is Covenant Eyes. They have just completed a beta test on a new app for the iphone. Tech support says they have submitted to Apple for final approval. Look for it in the app store soon.
